白醬鮭魚 Pan-fried Salmon with Béchamel Sauce

材料 Ingredients
鮭魚排 Salmon filet4 片 ea
白醬 Béchamel Sauce 1-1/3 杯 cup
伍斯特醬洋菇 Sautéed Mushrooms with Worcestershire Sauce 4 杯 cup
清蒸西蘭花 Steamed Broccolis 4 杯 cup

做法
1.準備白醬 伍斯特醬洋菇 清蒸西蘭花 並放進烤箱保溫。
2.依照“煎魚排”煎好鮭魚。
3.餐盤上先淋上1/3杯白醬,輕轉盤子讓醬汁分佈均勻。醬汁上再放一片鮭魚排,1杯洋菇和1杯西蘭花。



PROCEDURE
1.Prepare the Béchamel Sauce , Sautéed Mushrooms with Worcestershire Sauce and Steamed Broccolis . Keep them warm in the oven.
2.Follow the instruction of “Pan-fried fish filet” to pan-fry the salmon filets.
3.Ladle 1/3 cup of the Béchamel Sauce on a plate. Gently shake the plate to make the sauce distribute evenly. Place one piece of the salmon, 1 cup of the broccoli and 1 cup of the mushroom on the plate.
