做法
1. | 準備白醬 ,伍斯特醬洋菇 和清蒸西蘭花 並放進烤箱保溫。 |
2. | 依照“煎魚排”煎好鮭魚。 |
3. | 餐盤上先淋上1/3杯白醬,輕轉盤子讓醬汁分佈均勻。醬汁上再放一片鮭魚排,1杯洋菇和1杯西蘭花。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare the Béchamel Sauce , Sautéed Mushrooms with Worcestershire Sauce and Steamed Broccolis . Keep them warm in the oven. |
2. | Follow the instruction of “Pan-fried fish filet” to pan-fry the salmon filets. |
3. | Ladle 1/3 cup of the Béchamel Sauce on a plate. Gently shake the plate to make the sauce distribute evenly. Place one piece of the salmon, 1 cup of the broccoli and 1 cup of the mushroom on the plate. |
